In St. Vincent’s, we want to help the Environment!
To help with Litter and Waste, we:
- Try to reduce the amount of paper we use
- Separate our waste into green, black and brown bins
- Reuse our packaging for Art, Construction and storage
- Don’t throw litter
- Keep the area clean by doing litter pickups & a Spring Clean
To help save Energy and Electricity, we:
- Turn off lights and the whiteboard when leaving the room
- Monitor doors and windows for draughts & keep the temperature at 18 degrees
- Turn off all switches at the end of the day
- Have low energy days in school
